Q2 Changes

Effective immediately, our SOGEA 80/20 plan will see a £2 increase for new orders, shifting the price from £35 to £37. We understand that any increase in cost can be concerning, and we want to assure you that we have explored all avenues to mitigate these changes. However, after careful consideration, we find it necessary to implement this adjustment to maintain the quality and reliability of our services.

Introduction of 18-Month Contracts:

In addition to the cost adjustments, we are also introducing 18-month contracts on all new broadband orders. While we understand that flexibility is essential for our customers, this change is necessary to ensure the sustainability of our operations amidst evolving market conditions. We will continue to strive to exceed your expectations and deliver the best possible experience. As we navigate these changes together, we thank you for your continued support and understanding.
